It's HOT out there!

Christine Hopkins - Tuesday, July 03, 2018

Here in the northeast we are currently experiencing a heat wave.  Yes, it is summer…and yes, it gets hot during this season.  According to Wikipedia, a heat wave is measured relative to the usual weather in the area and relative to normal temperatures for the season.

If you are experiencing unusually hot weather, here are some tips to stay cool according to Reader’s Digest:

-Make a peppermint tea mist by brewing a pot of peppermint tea and placing it in the fridge for several hours.  Pour it into a spray bottle and mist yourself.  The menthol gives your skin a fresh feeling.

-Chill your mattress by filling socks with rice and placing them in the freezer by day and at night about a half hour before getting into bed, put the sock between the sheets.

-Eat spicy food, which increases blood circulation so you will sweat and feel cooler as the sweat dries.

-Lower your body temperature by applying a bottle with ice-cold water to pressure points like ankles, wrists and behind your knees.

I was wondering if you ever considered changing the structure of your site?
Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two images. Maybe you could space it out better?

What you composed made a great deal of sense. But, think on this, what if you were to write
a killer headline? I am not saying your information isn't solid., however
suppose you added something that makes people want
more? I mean It's HOT out there! is a little plain. You could peek
at Yahoo's home page and see how they create article
titles to grab people interested. You might try adding
a video or a related pic or two to grab
readers excited about what you've got to say.
Just my opinion, it might make your posts a little bit more interesting.
