Walsh Envelope Company Return Policy

-30-day return policy from date of invoice with a 15-20% restocking fee.

-All returns require RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  This can be obtained by calling our Customer Service Department at 800-879-2574.

-Original shipping charge will not be reimbursed and purchaser is responsible for charges incurred by shipping back product to Walsh warehouse. 

-We do not accept returns on any custom product (custom manufactured envelopes, any item custom printed, index sheets hole punched.)  Set up and typesetting fees can not be reimbursed once the request is made to Walsh to initiate the proofing process.
